My ministry as a priest spans thirty-seven years. I have a Masters of Divinity graduate Degree and I served as an educator for 12 years. For 8 years I was Pastor of a large, multi-ethnic, urban congregation. I speak Spanish fluently. Working with various religious leaders I established the Culver City Interfaith Alliance & planned special events for the city & community. As Director of Ecumenical and Interfaith Affairs, I was responsible for the coordination of interfaith dialogues and ecumenical events, including local and national dialogues for Jewish-Catholic relations. I represented the Catholic Community at the Southern California Ecumenical Council and the Inter-religious Council, where I assisted in organizing numerous special events & major observances. At this time I remain in service to families who have suffered the loss of a loved one. I provide guidance in planning with the family and the mortuary a memorial or funeral service. In accord with the wishes of the deceased and the desire of their family, I prayerfully honor the legacy of their life and together we celebrate with dignity and gratitude their journey upon this earth.
